Cecily Lalloo Chartered MCIPD
Cecily is an HR professional with over 25 years’ experience, advising and supporting SMES. She studied Employment Law, Employee Relations, Management Development and Resourcing.at Buckinghamshire New University in England and is a Chartered Member of the CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development).
She worked as HR Manager for 12 years before deciding to start a consultancy to help other SMEs who did not need a full-time HR professional. Early in her company’s development she was introduced to the world of complex case management in the care sector working with deputies, case management companies and independent case managers. She has subsequently built a reputation for providing HR advice and support to this niche market.
Her objective is to educate families on their obligations when people work in their homes. She is aware of the sensitivities that this brings, and the trauma that people in this situation have already been through.
Cecily has recently written a book for parents entitled ‘Employing Care Staff in Your Home’, which is the first in a proposed series of ‘Employing Positively’ books and audio books which she hopes will assist in best practice employment to help retain and develop staff for the long term. In today’s world, care is a valuable commodity and the people who deliver care need to be nurtured, developed and cared for themselves.
Having worked with many families whose offspring have acquired brain injury, Cecily’s dream is to set up a sensory room for children with brain injury in her home country of Zimbabwe. For each publication that is sold, £1 will be donated towards fulfilling this wish.

Deana Goss
Deana has been with Embrace HR since December 2017 and works within a job share role, with Bridgette, supporting all administrative aspects of the business, our clients and the rest of the Embrace HR team.
She has brought with her a wealth of knowledge and experience from a lengthy and successful career in the banking and financial sector where she focused predominantly on managing and delivering business change introducing improvements in efficiencies and business processes to enhance the customer experience.
Outside of work, Deana spends a lot of time outdoors supporting the family farm business and socialising with friends.

Bridgette Westlake
Bridgette has over 30 years’ experience in the private sector. Having been in support roles across sales, marketing and HR, she has gained a wealth of experience and developed a broad knowledge base to draw upon.
Bridgette job-shares with Deana and works Monday to Wednesday supporting all administrative aspects of the business, our clients and the rest of the Embrace HR team.
Outside of work, Bridgette enjoys being in the fresh air, walking her dog and spending time in the garden.
