Retainer HR Services
We allocate either half a day or a full day per month, subject to your requirements. to provide professional HR services. The price includes GDPR compliant HR software for maintaining records for your staff.
As your HR provider, you simply contact us when the need arises. The nature of the work can vary, depending on your requirements. The half or full-day allocation does not need to be used all at the same time. We record the time taken to fulfil requests. If the task will take longer than the remaining hours, we inform you.
Our retainers are for a 12-month contract, with 3 months advance notice required for termination.
Flexible HR Services
To optimise flexibility, we also offer ad-hoc HR services at an hourly rate, which some companies prefer.
We offer a flat-rate fee for each recruitment campaign. The fee is based on the services required including advertising the post or our presence at face-to-face interviews. Recruitment campaigns typically run for 3-6 weeks and our service ends when a candidate is made an offer.
